Isn't Big Red a west coast based company/organization?  If so he DID call
during "REGULAR BUSINESS" (at least what is regular for most people).  He said
he called at 7:30 EDT.  that makes it the following time in other time zones:

	  WDT  		  MDT		  CDT	     GMT
	 4:30pm		 5:30pm		 6:30pm	   11:30pm
or	16:30		17:30		18:30	   23:30

Did you intend to send him a check or money order?
