I have a question along these lines too, it seems that I have access to 

 comp.sys.apple2
 comp.sys.apple2.marketplace
 comp.sys.apple2.gno
 comp.sys.apple2.usergroups
 comp.sys.apple2.comm

but I dont have access to 

 comp.sys.apple2.programmer

I seem to have access to every board on the net otherwise..any help?
