I once wrote the authors of Cartooners for the format of their files, and
didn't receive any response.  If I can find out what their formatting is
then I possibly add an import feature.

I've never seen Show and Tell, but I'll look for it.  Sounds like it'll
be prettty easy to convert those into SAP.
