Depends on what you consider "new material."  I submitted an article
to them sometime in '89 (maybe '88); they published it in April '90.
It is true, though, that the magazine got thinner and thinner toward
the end (down to 32 pages or so at the end; when I started getting
Nibble in '85, the average issue had somewhere in the neighborhood of
160 pages).
