HardPressed doesn't work with SwitchIt! ?

I seem to have problems running HardPressed and SwitchIt! together;
each time when I do, the Finder complains I need at least 300K (I have
5 megs). Since I'm sure this is one of the first things tested, and
nobody else has complained, something else must be going on. So, here I
present my [active] inits and DA's, in case somebody can spot something
fishy (they are in this order, too).
