I've hit that a couple of times.  I think it prints that on any $0201 error,
including lack of DP space.  I seem to recall hitting it mysteriously once
or twice during development of HP, but it was a while back and I can't
remember the circumstances (probably playing with HP and GNO...)

Try removing the last two and see if it still happens.
