Re: HD woes

Have you tried pushing down on all of the chips on the interface
card and the HD's card (if it is in it's own box and has a card
it there also)?  Sometimes, after a great deal of usage, deposits
build up and interfere with the running of the HD.  I would also
suggest taking a NON abrasive eraser, pulling out the card, and
wiping the eraser across the gold pins.  You could have build-up
there as well.  DO NOT USE a regular eraser as it will definitely
take the gold off of the card.
