Pointless Help needed

	I'm running a ROM 01 GS with the standard Apple memory card full,
giving my system 1.25 Megs of RAM.
	I tried installing Pointless 2 on my hard drive running System 6.0. 
The problem is this: Pointless doesn't load into memory.  On all the GS's I've
seen running it, inclusing a friend's system which also has 1.25 Megs of RAM,
the Pointless icon shows up during the system OS boot, much like an init, and
then Pointless is loaded into memory.  For me, I never get the icon, it doesn't
load into memory, and I must manually enter the control panel to click it on
into memory, then break back to my menu program, and finally launch my specific
GS application.  Can anyone tell me what might possibly be causing this to
happen?  I know I have memory available.  The Control panel says I have 400K
available, so somethin must not be clicking correctly.  HELP!!!
