AWGS 1.1 driver problems

I have recently accquired a new hard disk and was rearranging my file when I 
ran into a problem.  I want to have AWGS on a disk other that the system disk, 
but when I run AWGS it comes back with two warnings: Driver not installed, and 
Port Driver not installed.  It lets me run the program but the communications 
application does not work.  I don't use the communications program at all but 
the messages are annoying.  Any clues on getting rid of the warnings?  I am 
running system 6.0 if that makes any difference.

P.S. Any word on the ftp'ability of 6.0.1?
