Need a manual; need help copying disk

I have a friend who is using an original Apple II.  She needs to copy
the files from one disk to another one.  Pretty basic, eh?  Well, she
doesn't have a manual so she's not sure of what the correct syntax is.
If someone could kindly tell me I'll forward it on to her.

Also, she would be interested in a manual or something for other commands
if anyone has a spare.  I'd really appreciate any responses -- I'm trying
to get on her good side.
