Re: Apple IIc Booting from external drive



To I would add to D.\ Ki Kilzer's review of the hfamiliy of IIc models this additional
point:  The middle IIc ($FBBF = 00) and later models have the IIe checkerboard
self test that is activated on power-up by holding down the two apple keys during power-up.
The original oldest IIc ($FBBF= FF) does not have the self-test.

The two models that are hardest to tell apart are the oldest FF model and the
model model 00iddle model 00.  They both have white cases, same disk dr5.25" internal disk dreive,
