Reading Apple II files on a PC ...

Hi, I couldn't find a FAQ, so I hope this isn't gonna get people upset.

I have a disk with a membership database of the local amateur theatre
company in Appleworks format, but we need to convert it to PC format,
as we may be losing access to the machine that is currently being used.
Is this possible / easy / does there exist software to do it ?

The file is a spreadsheet, and I would like to preserve it as such into
PC Microsoft Works.
