Nearly every file changed, because we used a newer version of the linker.
So even if the source code didn't change to a particular component, the
resulting file on disk still did (and is a little smaller).
If you download 6.0.1 (eventually, I mean), you won't be missing much if
you skip Fonts and synthLab. The only differences should be
new-linker-produced versions of synthLab and AppleBowl.
