I would like to publicly commend Sequential Systems of Lafayette, Colorado. I had a problem with their 32K buffer card for the ImageWriter II...I called them on Monday, June 17, and I had a new card in my printer on Wednesday, June 19!!!! Now, if every company worked like this, regardless of how big or small..... Thanks, Sequential Systems, for prompt customer service and support..... Steve Sinkey
