Re: Is there any ProDOS-based software for Covox Voicemaster?

Before I start, this guy's tagline is WAY to big.

I also have a Voice Master, which I had hookud up to my Franklin 1000 for a few yaers. Now it sits in the closet. Covox doesn't do ][ stuff anymore, and I think they went under trying to court the IBM market, but I'm not completely sure.

I never saw any ProDOS-based software. The software from DOS 3.3 sat in the language card memory space, so with ProDOS you can only playback, not recognize sounds and stuff. You best bet is to write your own relocatable routine in assembly, since AppleSoft will eat all of your memory. I had a simple full-down menu program which I got looking real nice (really expanded on the demo thing) but got 5 kinds of mad after I found out that I could not do anything in ProDOS.

I have no clue what Covox's email address is.
