What version of The Graphic Exchange are you running?
Exactly what error message are you getting, and at what stage during the
launch?

Early versions (with the text interface) were not very friendly with memory,
and the earliest released version (1.3 I think) even allocated absolute
memory (which was a dumb thing to do).
The current version 3.? (I don't know what versions RWP ended up releasing)
shouldn't have any problems - a few more details would be in order.
