Personally, I've never seen it on my machine.
(But I see good ol' 911 lots in Summer...)

Speaking of Transwarp failures, do people remember the easter egg in
the FTA's Nucleus which brought up the flashing "Transwarp Failure" message?
I was quite impressed how the machine just kept getting slower and slower.
I even rebooted to the finder and it still kept slowing down. I was able
to see how each control was drawn for window it was so slow.

How did they do that?

Note to the guy writing that Defender type game :
I think you don't disable your interrupt code or set some TWGS things
on quitting. I couldn't get my GS to run at TWGS speed without doing
a system test reset.
Or maybe it was that CDA that shows a funky scrolling star background.
