	I think the kits are still available from Apple.  If not, you could get
them from Alltech Electronics in Oceanside, Pre-Owned Electronics, Shreve
Systems, or Sun Remarketing.  Sorry, I don't have phone numbers handy, but 800
directory assistance should have the last three.

	If it works with a //e, it should work in a ][+.  The specs for the
slots are the same.

	ProDOS 1.9 is the latest version that works on an unenhanced //e. 
ProDOS 2.0.1 is, I believe, the latest available.  AppleWorks is up to 3.0. 
ProDOS should be available via FTP from ftp.apple.com, and ProDOS and
AppleWorks can be purchased from Resource Central  (again, I don't have the
phone #; check the FAQ or directory assistance for Overland Park, KS).
