A Simply Good Word Processor?

Is it too much to ask for a simple word processor which is lean and
not icon ridden like Word()?
 
It would be wonderful if the GS had a word processor along the lines
of WriteNow, and which had baseline support for in-line equation
pasting. 
 
That's all I want. 

PS: A datebook type application can be found on a recent SoftDisk GS. It's
very nice. It's similar to Calendar Crafter from MECC which is also 
good.
