I am! :)  

Unfortunately, the Enhanced Vision Plus doesn't handle PAL -- that's why
I didn't initially respond. 

I need to clarify a point... New Concepts/LRO or whatever have nothing to
do with this anymore.  For more information, contact ALLTECH ELECTRONICS.
