Let's see. You've had the product for a week, the first thing
you did was set to using it without reviewing the manual.
Because it doesn't report things the way YOU *THINK* (excuse the
use of the term here) it should, it isn't working right.
Now the fact that this is your FIRST C compiler AND, you're not
familiar with the lanugage (and thereby any other compiler)
shouldn't be weighed here, you don't like it so it's junk.
However, you have the clarity of thought to admit that you may
not know what you're missing in the form of a 'verbose' flag.
Gee, maybe that big paperweight might have information on it.
If you look, you might find that the MANUAL has information that
you can use. Try reading it sometime.
