Load the LaserWriter driver onto your system and select the LaserWriter
as your printer driver. When going to print, hold down the command-F key
sequence while clicking the "Print" button in the LaserWriter Print Dialog.
A postscript file will be saved to the /system/drivers folder. It will
have some sort of name like GS------00. Subsequent files will just have the
two digit number incremented. (i.e., GS------01, GS-------02,.....).
