Check to see if the disk is for an Apple II computer. If it is, see if the
disk will boot on another Apple II computer. Check to see if your Apple //c
will boot other disks.
You say the //c you have was manufactured around '84 or '85. Check the
serial number and list here so you can be told if it qualifies for a couple
of free upgrades (related to 3.5" drives and modems, I believe).
