  ORCA/C 2.0 implements a new stdio mechanism which is incompatible with
GNO 1.0 and ORCA shells up to 2.0.  You _must_ use the ORCA shell 2.0.1
with ORCA/C 2.0, and the upcoming GNO 1.1 with C 2.0.  Oh, and
never ever use INITGNOSTDIO outside of GNO :)
