Be warned that if you use $C02E-C02F you will not be compatible with the Video Overlay Card, unless its input is the IIgs composite video out. The only way to be VOC compatible and do stuff like this is to use scan line interrupts, and even then it's not particularly pretty because of the overhead per interrupt.
