 There may be another reason, but RCA jacks do fit rather snugly so it may
easily wear out the solder or other connections, besides taking much more
space than a 1/4" jack. Besides.. if you're really desperate for RCA jacks,
there are plenty of conversion plug "thingys"- I use a 1/4" split to two
RCA jacks for the Sonic Blaster I am borrowing. When both the SoundMiester
Pro is available and I have money gathering dust, I'll buy one!
