IMO, these prototypes, early models etc. are not worth the tons of money.

They are curiousities, and I'm glad that someone has them and been willing to
document and share the technology with the community, instead of hiding it.
Or it going to a scrapper or landfill.

I can see how someone would feel the prestige of owning one but personally, I
am past coveting them. The value in these are mostly nostalgic and emotional.



I've come to the recent conclusion that if you're willing to pay out several
thousands of dollars for one these things, you are either very well off or you
might have an unhealthy obsession.
