I can't dictate what format files will be kept in on grind when we get a 1Gig
drive, but space will not be a consideration for a while.  Currently most
apple2 files on grind.isca.uiowa.edu are in bsq format.  New archive
maintainer volunter(s) can change that, but initially I expect it will kept
that way.  It makes the files accessible even to people who don't have
file transfer programs, only text capture capabilites, plus persons who
access via IBM mainframes and 7 bit data paths machines.

Time will tell.  Maybe dual archives can be kept.  SHK only and BSQ.

PS.  apple2 files on grind.isca should be back soon.  The 1 Gig drive is
being swapped for a 2Gig drive.  Any day now .... :)
