No.  The IBM drives use MFM encoding and the Apple drives use GCR.  The 
read/write mechanisms are not compatible.  Your best bet would be to use 
a null modem cable and terminal software.  I've heard that if you get a 
superdrive, there is software for the IIgs which will let you access 
MS-DOS disks, but I don't know if that would help you or not.
