I just tried out Xenon II and Bubble Bobble in CGA yesterday. Xenon II yaks!
(It is a good game though), and Bubble Bobble is all right.

I have seen Battle Chess II, the CGA version is 1 million times worse than the
GS version of Battle Chess, and the VGA version is 10 times worse.

: When I had mine, I was able to run MS-DOS 5.0 and Stacker 1.0 ( latest

: Or, all non-32 bit specific programs should run. GEOWORKS works great with
: XT I heard, you might want to give that a shot.

I heard that don't use MS-DOS version higher than 3.3. Because you don't have
more than 640K, and it is just a waste of memory.

How does GEOWORKS look like in CGA? I bet it is 640 x 200 monochrome right?

: It would've awesome if LINUX can run on PCT. :) Too bad it's 32 bit. I
: dunno about others. Check those pc/msdos newsgroupts.

Any comm program that works on PCT? What is the highest speed I can go?

: Well, it really depends. I spared about 5 or 10 mb if I remembered
: right. XT stuff don't take that much space. Turbo C would take couple
: of megs though.

I am thinking of 8MB... with stacker. 8 MB is 1/4 of my harddisk volume, so
still have 3/4 for my GSOS.

: I think it's 2.0.5.

Thanks.

: Don't unplug the drives with power on. ( guess how I found out :)

Thanks.

: You only paid $90? If that's new ( ie, if they have anymore ), let me
: know if they take international orders.

It is not new. I got it from my friend. It is so cheap that although I think
it will be useless for me, I bought it for fun.
