Econ's Soundmeister

Hi.  I was wondering if anyone had any information about Econ's Soundmeister
card(s).  Has it/have they been released yet?  Has there been a press release?
I'm sure this has come up before (probably somewhere between the Joe Kohn
flaming and the recent kiddie scrap), but I missed that thread.  Thanks.
