I installed the full 5.04 system onto the 2cond partition of my hard drive.
Now, this partition was created using the Apple High Speed card. Does that
make a difference? There was some issue of have to copy boot block 0 to 
each partition (not clear!).

But installing the system will...so why won't it work? The space bar will
boot the floppy. Holding down 0 gets you into the menu and you can even 
order it to boot a certain partion. Doing that yields can't load prodos.
