HELP!!!!!!

Hi, I'm new to this group. I have a friend who desperately needs help
writing code to make music on the Apple GS in Applesoft BASIC.  What
he needs is a means to be able to specify a frequency (or similar) and
a duration and have the Apple play it back.  He's trying to teach kids
in a Detroit school and they have GS's but no manuals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
