     Actually, Brian, I do like Frank's example. :-) For instance,
whenever I build a new dialog, I always do my prototyping in Genesys. I
can quickly throw down the controls and then tweak them until they bear
some resemblance to a useful human interface. Then, I DeRez the window or
whatever and align the button edges exactly by modifying the coordinates.
What you've described is essentially the method I hate - building a
dialog from scratch by typing in random coordinates.

     (BTW, most all of the dialogs in the system [Finder, etc.] were
built using the method I've described.)
