Apple IIGS memory >4 meg. options

What are the options for getting GS memory higher then 4 megs.  I would have
liked to have bought CV-Tech's old card w/ the piggyback to put my current
card in but it was discontinued because it did not make hardly any money.

I'd also prefer NOT to use AE's answers to this problem.  No RamKeeper (I'd
have to get it used since it is no longer made) or their 6 meg boards.  Too
flakey!

I'd also prefer something DMA compatabel on the first 4 megs.  I know
everything past 4 megs can not be DMA unless the device doing the DMAing is
doing something special (ie. RamFAST).

So what cards are out there?  What chips do they use?  Can I use what I got?
(S&S Ram card, uses 1 megx 1 DRAM in DIP package)

Trying to keep costs down, ofcourse!
