QuickLaunch

Does anyone know where I can find a FreeWare program called
QuickLaunch.  I belive that it is a finder extension.

I've looked at a few FTP sites but can't find it.

If anyone has it you could post it or e-mail it to me or put
it at cco.caltech.edu....
