System 6.0 is Bin[NuFX]SCII compressed actually.  This means you should
transfer it as an ASCII text file to a HFS disk with a Mac, and then
use BinSCII, SSCII, or GSCII+ NDA on the IIgs to convert it to a ShrinkIt
(.SHK/.SDK) file.

For files that are already .SHK/.SDK, transfer them to the Mac as binary and
then use GS-ShrinkIt, ShrinkIt, or YankIt on the IIgs to extract them.  You
may need to have the ShrinkIts 'show all files' option on since the Mac will
likely give the files an incorrect type.
