Version numbers, Phil :)  Yes, you can add a -v flag for some utilities, but
using -v for utilities like 'cat' would compromise their POSIX compliancy
(at least, that's what Jawaid told me ;).

Speaking of which, I'd really appreciate it if you'd use gsvers on your
utilities.  When I release my utility list with GNO 1.1 I hope to have
all shell utilities using the system.
