Hm, this sounds pretty good.  The extra $400 that was collected could go
to drive maintanance...

Is the drive exactly 1 gig?  I don't think missing 400 megs extra would be
a huge problem, personally.  Even if we give up 25%, 750 megs is rather a
lot...
