Oil Landers

If you have figured out all there is to figure out in the FTA's Oil Landers
game, I would like to offer you a monetary reward for preparing
documentation for this game.

The docs would need to be complete as far as describing the game, the golas
of the game (whoops, I mean g-o-a-l-s) and how to play it. If they are well
written, great. If they are not well written, that's no big deal as I can
edit them.
