One problem with Orca Pascal is that if you have the Routine A definition
imbedded within Routine B, then Routine B is forced to be in the same
segment as Routine A, regardless of any $segment directives.
This is a real pain when porting programs, but you should be able to work
around it when writing your own programs (by using a suitable design). I
spoke to Mike about this, but considering that this problem rarely occurs,
he will not likely fix it.
