Shareware is suppose to be try before you buy, now you're suggesting to turn
it into buy before you try... 

But if it was more of like a "copying fee"...

ProLine users only have access to certain newsgroups, but I think can still FTP
by mail, if you read the FAQ, you'll know how to work it.
