Sure, if someone ports kermit.  You can do it now with Zmodem, as long as you
avoid doing foreground things which cause a lot of disk access.  GNO uses
preemptive multitasking, which is as true as it gets (ie, real Unix and the
Amiga also use preemptive, whereas the Mac MultiFinder, PC Windows 3, and GS
The Manager all use cooperative or 'fake' multitasking).

I'm gnot sure on this one, I always pronounce it as the latter...
