Rip-It-Yourself instructions for Last Rites

Here's how to get the two NTGS tunes out of Bullwinkle's Last Rites demo/game.

The Loader Tune
---------------

Change the filetype of HELLO.0 to INT with Orca/Shell or something similar.

The Unrolling Corrosive (Nirvana) Tune
--------------------------------------

You'll need AudioZap 1.2 or later with at least 500k free avalible RAM.

Open GOODBYE.

Append CRUEL
  "    PYJAMAS
  "    SUITCASE
  "    BLOC
  "    CIGAR
  "    LOVE

Save to a file named say LR.MOD with Format set to Raw Data.

Change the filetype to INT as above, and enjoy.

I'm posting these directions because I'd really rather not post all 400+k of
the danged things when they can pretty easily be done yourself :-)
