    Yes, I've posted up a revised RFD to news.groups, comp.sys.apple2,
comp.sys.apple2.gno, alt.bbs.metal and alt.emulators.ibmpc.apple2. 
ProLine sysops should capture these message and encourage their users to
read it, since many of the proposals will benefit them.  The voting
period will begin on April 20 instead of April 27, unless it is against
Usenet guidelines to have an RFD of less than 28 days.
