Dungeon Master

To all Dungeon Master experts:

	Could someone please tell me how to get past the Time is the
Essence cavern in level 3?  I tried pressing the blue button and then
immediately running left, but the moment I stepped on the 4th and last
square, the wall closes again.  Is a way to slow down time?  Or is there
any simple method of beating the clock?

	Please help.  I'm really stuck.  :P
