Loss of community?  c.s.a2 has an awful lot of high-power flame wars (see also
the departure of Matt Deatherage from c.s.a2).  Splitting things up reduces
the chance of such wars, or at least keeping them in c.s.a2 itself instead
of .programmer or whatever.
