How can I import a file that has 2,000 lines to Appleworks 3.0?

I have APpleworks 3.0 also AppleWorks GS.
I have 2 text files of 2,000 lines, and I want to
open a document (database preferred) and have one category of
one text file and another category of another text file in ONE
database/spreadsheet file. How do I do this?
And I tried loading into the word processor, but it gets trunctated to
900 lines! I want 2,000 Lines!!!!!
