DOS 3.3 Launcher dox needed...

I downloaded "DOS 3.3 Launcher" from cco.caltech.edu recently, but when I un-
shrunk it, the READ.ME file was full of garbage.  I'd like to try this program
out in order to decide if I really want it, but I can't until I get a hold of
the dox.  If anyone out there has a readable copy of the v2.0 dox, could you
please e-mail 'em to me, thanx in advance...
