Option 1: Contact the nearest Apple User Group and get a copy of Applewriter

Option 2: Find a friend with an Apple II and modem and download same from 
one of the ftp sites.

Unless you're a glutton for punishment, why do you want to copy it onto a
Mac disk?  

Option 3: Use the PC or Mac and download it (Applewriter) then, if using the
PC , use AppleFile Exchange on the Mac to copy it frrst to the Mac and then
onto a ProDOS disk.  If your //c doesn't have a 3.5" drive, however, you'll
need to find that friend again and use his to move the file onto a 5.25 disk.
